Local delivery and collection information
Choose collection or local delivery at checkout. Delivery fees and the free delivery slot are shown before you submit your order, so there is no confusion.
9:30am - 12:00pm is £2.99, 12:00pm - 2:00pm is £4.99, 2:00pm - 5:00pm is £2.99, and 5:00pm - 7:30pm is £3.99.
Free delivery applies only when the order is £25 or more, within 2 miles, under 5kg, and has no heavy or low-margin restricted items.
Some bulky, heavy, fresh, low-margin or restricted products may not qualify for free delivery. Checkout will show the delivery note before you submit.
Choose collection from shop and tell us your preferred collection time. Collection orders are paid in shop by cash or card.
Delivery orders must be paid online before dispatch. Collection orders can be paid when collecting from the shop.

How delivery and collection orders work
1. Browse products online and add items to Cart & Order.
2. Choose collection or local delivery at checkout.
3. If you choose delivery, select a delivery slot and check the delivery fee shown on screen.
4. The 7:30pm - 9:00pm slot is the free delivery slot only when the basket qualifies: £25+, within 2 miles, under 5kg, and no heavy or low-margin restricted items.
5. If your postcode is outside the local area, or the basket is heavy/restricted, the shop may contact you before accepting the delivery order.
6. Delivery orders must be paid online before dispatch. Collection orders are paid in shop by cash or card.
